Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Personal and Professional Support

Bridgestone’s EAP is available to teammates, their families and household members. The EAP offers a broad range of resources. Whether a teammate or a household member is dealing with addiction, depression, or stress, or simply needs emotional well-being support, there are programs, and free counseling sessions focused on mental health to help navigate some of life’s everyday challenges and crises. We provide services that can be in person, virtual, and even text chat that allow the individual to match up with a counselor that is right for them and/or their family. Additionally, the EAP can be a great resource to help teammates or household members navigate caregiving support needs.

Employee Resource Groups that Foster a Free to Be Culture

In addition to instilling cultural competence and awareness in teammates, our teammate-led employee resource groups (ERGs) create an opportunity to bring teammates and allies together based on shared characteristics, life experiences, and interests as they learn more about one another through community outreach and volunteering, mentoring and development opportunities, and internal and external networking.
