GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated.
Position Summary
Drive sales growth by managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new commercial, fleet, and national accounts. Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Prospect for new business opportunities within a designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Accurately forecast sales and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the commercial tire industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
