Position Summary
Bridgestone is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the product launch process for Bridgestone & Firestone tires within the Consumer Replacement business. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies. The Product Marketing Manager will also guide key agency partners through the launch process, ensuring the development of compelling content and creative assets that support product positioning and elevate product storytelling. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring each launch is executed with precision, market relevance, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing work plan for all Bridgestone & Firestone tire launches, including ownership of product launch brief, development of go-to-market sales and advertising materials and delivery of new product education sessions for Sales & Customer Support.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to monitor product launch progress and address potential roadblocks.
- Represent Product Marketing in Launch Milestone Operations (LMO) meetings providing critical launch updates to ensure all timelines are met.
- Lead post-production deliverables for product launches, including coordination and delivery of still images, motion reels, CGI and online video assets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing COE to shape integrated digital media, influencer, and social strategies that drive product consideration and purchase intent, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Lead merchandising meetings that educate and empower Sales and Customer Support teammates on relevant business topics, addressing key opportunities and equipping teams with insights and tools that drive performance and results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the execution of the Winter Driving School customer event, supporting planning and activation efforts that enhance customer engagement and showcase new product performance in real-world conditions.
- Support Motorcycle with new product launches by contributing to core go-to-market elements.
- Support the Government Channel through tailored marketing efforts, including development of sales materials as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience, or Masters’ Degree +5 years of management or leadership experience
- Agency experience required
- Proven success in leading complex product launches with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with and influencing cross functional teams, preferably in large matrix organizations
- Demonstrates a bias for action in all areas of work; shows serious commitment to accountability and ownership, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and demonstrates an innovative approach to solving problems
