Position Summary
Manufacturing Quality Control work includes:
• Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
• Testing random samples of finished goods
• Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Responsibilities
• Proficient in job processes and tools obtained through work experience
• Typically works independently
• May coach or train newer employees on specialization team
• Provides support that serves to enhance and maximize effectiveness of specialization
• Takes initiative to resolve non-routine problems
• Communicates information to audiences that may require explanation or interpretation
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
