Responsibilities
Lead Process Engineer. Nashville, TN. Design, develop, and implement new or revised processes; Responsible for process setting, writing corporate standards, setting the budget for the plants regarding equipment, Direct Material Loss Ratio, and Waste and Scrap Impacts. Must possess bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering plus 5 years progressively responsible work experience as an engineer in the tire rubber industry including: manufacturing experience in curing / vulcanization with customized tooling and mold manufacturing; experience with tire container and mold drawings and designs; and experience with manufacturing equipment specifications and products related to new container and tire mold designs.
