Position Summary
Supervise and perform advanced tire service and repair work on large commercial, off-road, farm, industrial, and mining equipment. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex field service operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in on-site tire installation, repair, and maintenance services at customer locations.
- Manage a team of tire technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Conduct comprehensive fleet inspections, identifying equipment and tire-related issues.
- Safely operate heavy-duty company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel.
- Utilize specialized equipment and tools to perform complex tire services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex tire-related problems.
- Adhere to safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Extensive experience with large commercial, off-road, farm, industrial, and mining tires.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and/or move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid CDL with a Class B minimum
- Valid Driver’s license
- MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) certification (required).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, DOT physical exam, and background check.
