Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist with time studies, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Create and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
- Assist in capacity planning, labor analysis, and production studies.
- Support project teams with root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis and engineering software.
- Previous internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
