Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex operational, strategic, and business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project performance, including budget, staffing, risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and operational challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project execution, facilitate decision-making, and ensure accountability for results.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, quality requirements, and project management best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables, integrating external contributions into project plans and ensuring performance expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, project management, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, business process improvement, and operational excellence principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing operational data, developing insights, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, managing dependencies, and driving issue resolution.
- Experience supporting organizational change, transformation initiatives, or process improvement efforts preferred.
- Proficiency with project management and business productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms).
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or other relevant certifications.
