Our solution-based offers are customized around the needs of each customer, with a commitment to making mining mobility safe, profitable, and efficient. GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated.

Responsibilities
- Inspect tire casings to assess condition and determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare tire casings for retreading by applying rubber compounds and hanging to dry.
- Operate curing equipment to vulcanize retread tires.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
- Trim and paint finished retreads.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or tire industry preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check required.
