ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP

At the Advanced Technology Workshop (ATW) in Akron, Ohio, a dedicated team of race tire builders and manufacturing professionals produces hand-crafted race tires in support of the Firestone brand’s role as sole tire supplier for the NTT IndyCar® Series. Currently located in the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company’s Plant One building which opened in 1910, race tire production will soon move to the newly-constructed Advanced Tire Production Center (ATPC) less than a mile away.
