The Workforce Management (WFM) Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team of HRIS Analysts who perform solution design, application configuration, integration support, application testing and system administration of Bridgestone’s Latin America Time and Attendance application (Ultimate Kronos Group’s (UKG) WFM Professional product).The WFM Supervisor will lead the efforts to provide guidance on using application features and functions for teammates and managers; while ensuring the HRIS team follows agile best practices, prioritizes requests based on business priorities, and manages stakeholder expectations by having strong business relationships with key stakeholders from Payroll, Industrial Engineering, HR, and Labor Relations.
This position will foster a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable solutions to support evolving business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop UKG WFM Pro support skillsets including user support, system support, system configuration, and reporting.
- Supervises HRIS Analysts with responsibility for performance review/management and teammate development
- Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team
- Partner with Payroll to streamline auditing to ensure teammates are paid properly and on time.
- Work with the software vendor’s support organization (Ultimate Kronos Group’s WFM Professional) to resolve issues that require vendor assistance. Lead and participate in new release testing.
- Collaborate across the Payroll COE, Operational leaders, and HR to plan for new releases or release updates.
- Adapt at bridging functional HR requirements with technical execution, ensuring data accuracy and operational compliance.
- Resolve data related issues and apply appropriate updates to ensure accurate time and absence information is sent to payroll for accurate payments to employees.
- Resolve process or technical issues affecting data integrity.
- Lead the development and publication of routine and ad-hoc audit reports and analytics regarding Time & Attendance.
- Collaborate with IT resources across Bridgestone facilities to ensure time clocks are operating and collecting data as expected.
- Manage the intake and delivery of new requirements; facility the delivery of new requests utilizing a agile delivery methodology via Azure DevOps
- Assist in developing user procedures, reference guides, and documentation to support end users in application access, application usage, processes, features, and functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience supporting HR functions and specifically payroll or time and attendance functions
- Desirable: Knowledge of support or implementation of Ultimate Kronos Group’s (UKG) WFM Professional products.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ability to also communicate in Portuguese is preferred but not required
