Position Summary
After completion of the Rockwell EIT program, you would continue your learning and development in the Aiken, SC ORR plant as an Electrical/Controls Engineer.
Responsibilities
As a teammate, you will gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, networking with engineers across the organization, learning what it is like to be an engineer at Bridgestone, and finally, making a lasting impact while developing lifelong skills and competencies to elevate your future career.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics and Automation Engineering
Experience with CAD applications
Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing setting
3.0 GPA
Availability for June 2026 cohort start

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
People-centric focus with ability to collaborate with all teammates across the organization
Strong initiative, work ethic and levels of enthusiasm
