Our HR Internship Program offers graduate students a hands-on opportunity to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources within a global manufacturing organization. Interns begin with a one-week orientation at our corporate headquarters in Nashville, followed by a field assignment at a manufacturing, retail, or corporate site where they will gain real-world experience as an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will complete projects that support and contribute to core HR functions, such as:
Employee Relations: Support initiatives that foster a positive work environment and help resolve workplace concerns.
Performance Management: Participate in performance review processes and help analyze feedback and development plans.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
Training & Development: Coordinate learning programs and track employee development metrics.
HR Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies through audits and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you…
Must be pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at an accredited university
Must be able to complete the internship during the summer between the first and second years of your Master’s program
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test, physical exam and background check
