Position Summary
The Regional Manager (RM) - Atlanta, will be responsible for providing leadership to all 120 stores within their region in order to achieve sales goals and market share objectives while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will develop strategic plans to grow our business and protect our existing customer base by ensuring exceptional service and product knowledge. You will be responsible for developing teammates and leading the region to perform at the highest level.
The role requires travel to various locations within the assigned territory (GA, FL, AL, MS) to meet with store leadership and teammates. Due to the large number of stores, we are requiring the candidate be located in the Greater Metro Atlanta area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of multiple 10-14 Area Managers and up to 150 stores within the region
- Champion company initiatives to support the Vision 2020 Company strategy and to deliver a high-performance, customer-centric culture Set performance goals tailored to each Area (teammates, Boss experience and retention and company financial targets)
- Oversee and influence Area Manager (AM) decisions and business plans
- Strategically build talent pipelines for future Area and Region Managers by fostering development opportunities for current Store and Area Managers
- Ensure teammates adhere to company compliance goals (score card/dashboard)
- Manage P&L for the Region in partnership with Region Finance Leader
- Foster company-wide culture of safety to raise awareness and ultimately reduce teammate risk, claims and cost (shared with Division head)
- Nurture customer-centric vision (Field /Operations) and communicate our promise to deliver best-in-class customer experience (Marketing)
- Partner with other region and Store Support Center staff as needed to lead and manage needs of the region (Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years experience leading a multi-unit/area including supervision of other multi-unit managers
- 5+ years of full P&L responsibility for an Area, District or Region
- Prior people management experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% as needed - M/F - work from home and T-Th in the field
