Position Summary
We’re currently looking for an Risk Management Insurance Lead to join our team in Nashville, TN.
This role will be responsible for managing the underwriting processes and insurance policy programs, data management, contract risk review, and internal reporting. Primary point of contact for internal customers as well as external brokers and insurance underwriters.
Responsibilities
Job functions Include but are not limited to:
Insurance Program Renewal
Insurance Program financial reporting, including monthly allocations, variable chargebacks, actuarial data
Total cost of risk calculations
Premium and program invoice processing
Manage risk management system enhancements and productivity reviews
Contract review, providing risk assessment and recommendations
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
7 years financial and insurance risk management experience within a large multinational environment
Practical experience creating loss triangles, accrual analysis, loss forecasting and statistical analysis
Experienced with complex financial risk processes and providing solutions efficiently
Strong computer, database management, and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau)
ARM (Associate in Risk Management) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualties Underwriter) strongly preferred
